Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Generalist to manage internal
communications, onboarding, and employee engagement
initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure smooth internal communication and enhance candidate
experience during onboarding and offboarding
Analyze employee satisfaction surveys and implement organizational
improvements
Support the development and implementation of employer branding and
Learning and Development initiatives
Required Qualifications
Experience in an HR/People role with independent activity
planning
Proficient in remote work with strong organizational skills
Fluent in Polish and proficient in English (B2 level)
Based in Poland or CET timezone, with a valid passport or ID
card
Alignment with company values and Code of Conduct
