Employment Litigation Associate - San FranciscoHybrid - Salary: $220,000 - $250,000 + BonusOur client, a prestigious national law firm, is seeking a skilled employment litigation associate with 4-6 years of experience, particularly in California wage-hour class action and PAGA cases.Responsibilities:

• Manage employment litigation cases from inception through resolution.
• Draft and respond to discovery requests, initial pleadings, and motions.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues while also working independently on case strategy.Qualifications:
  • 4-6 years of employment litigation experience, with a focus on wage-hour class action and PAGA cases.
  • Strong academic credentials and excellent writing and analytical skills.
  • Admission to the California Bar (required).
  • Stable professional background with prior experience at a reputable law firm.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work both independently and collaboratively.Candidates outside this experience range may be considered for future employment litigation opportunities within the firm!
