Do:
- Be a true business partner - coach, consult, and support
managers and employees across all levels
- Lead HR strategy & execution - from talent management to
compensation planning and employee relations
- Drive performance & development - enhance training, succession
planning, and leadership growth
- Champion company culture - foster engagement and collaboration
across multiple locations
- Navigate complex HR challenges - apply expertise in California,
Texas, and New York labor laws
- Manage critical HR processes - onboarding, offboarding,
compliance, and continuous improvementWhat Will it Take to be

- 7+ years of HR generalist/business partner experience in
fast-paced, evolving environments
- Strong background in employee relations, talent strategy, and
organizational development
- A proven ability to build trust, influence leaders, and drive
business resultsExpertise in California, Texas, and New York
employment laws
- Analytical expertise that turns data into meaningful
solutionsHigh emotional intelligence, resilience, and a passion for

California. The reasonable estimate is between $85,000 and $105,000

Francisco. A final decision on the successful candidate's starting
salary will be based on a number of permissible, non-discriminatory
factors, including but not limited to skills and experience,
