ECP is organized into five distinct yet complementary domains, each responsible for a specific portion of the customer experience within Capital One's digital ecosystem. Descriptions of each of these five domains are below:

• Core Platforms - Build the best platforms to support our customers, users and our growing business.
• Digital Customer Experience - Create engaging digital experiences to deepen relationships and drive business values.
• Messaging & MarTech - Delivering the right message to the right customer at the right time in the right channel through a scalable messaging platform and user-friendly self-service tools.
• Strategy - Shape the strategy for Capital One's customer experience platform.
• Horizontals - Lead problem solving and seamless delivery for key strategic and cross-cutting initiatives.In this role, you'll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in four key areas:

    • You'll be responsible for fostering a strong agile discipline and inspiring teams to continuously improve delivery evidenced through key agility metrics.

    • You'll govern the responsible and efficient application of technology resources by assessing opportunities for reusing existing solutions, clearly defining minimum viable products, and always building with extensibility in mind.

        • Bachelor's Degree
        • At least 7 years of experience in digital product managementPreferred Qualifications:
          • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
          • MBA or Master's degree
          • 5+ years of experience in Agile product management
          • 5+ years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products
