Job Description:

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an Intake Coordinator on behalf of our client, a highly regarded home health care agency. This is part-time, contract to hire, onsite position based in San Francisco, CA.RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support Partner Practices: Process and verify patient data from partner medical practices using our internal systems accurately and in a timely manner.
• Identify Discrepancies: Flag any data discrepancies or system issues to the Head of Operations for further review and investigation.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities that could drive efficiency for our team and our partners.
• Collaborate Cross-functionally: Be the voice of the customer and partner with Engineering and Product to drive partner success.QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A bachelor's degree or 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with modern business software (e.g. project management tools, CRM).
